I liked the styles, I love kawaii fashion and I noticed that many others buy and love this site, so I ordered.
I recently moved and asked to change the address of the parcel I contacted them and they quickly corrected it and sent me a new track. After about two weeks, they told me that the color I chose was no longer available and asked if I wanted another color item or a refund. I chose a color and they updated track for me. But the track has not been updated for a long time. It's been a couple of weeks and the link isn't working. I contacted customer service again and was told that unfortunately something was wrong with the package, maybe they lost it? and offered to refund or send another item of my choice. I chose the money and they made refund. Can't say this is a bad store. The support team works and responds quickly. But either they need to change the delivery service, or work more responsibly. Because I see from other reviews that people often complain about it.
