I tried to return a phone as I had no reception and they said it had deep scratches. As a scientist I took it to my lab to see if I could find what they were talking about. There was not a single scratch.. They also assured me I would have coverage when I signed on with them. Big joke never had any coverage. CC is a fraud. Don' ever use this company. use th go wiG wit User's recommendation: Go with an other vendor, I have had the best with Verizon though the cost a little more.
