I went to pick an order that I placed, but before I picked up the order I called the store because I was sick and was unable to pick up the order for about a month. When I called to pick up the order they said yeah your order is here.I got to Canadian tire when I got the order right away I noticed a pot set that I orderd and paper towels were missing. I asked where was it and the gentleman said thats all there was to my order. I was sent to customer service. After waiting for 2 hours I was kicked out of the store no refund no pot set or missing paper towels. This morning I called the store and was hung up on, then called store manager nothing happened. User's recommendation: Don’t order anything on the phone with Canadian tire.
