I was called today to activate my student account. Using my debut card to verify that I haven't had a subscription before to avoid multiple subscription I did but wasnt told I was going to pay any charges. £0.30 was deducted twice from my account. Please i want it refunded as i wasn't discussed such with neither did I agree to such. Thanks
