I got charge twice in a month.
i had been a member for 5 years now, and a few months ago i tried to froze my acct. and i did , not knowing i called two days later than my bill due but eventhough i called late before my bill due i stopped goin in, but they had me pay for the whole month which is so inconsiderate of them . . it is so disappointing that that they took 39.99 dollars on my acct.
