I fail to do my extended warranty

19/07/2021 was the last date for my extended warranty but fail to do it due to Covid situation.on 20th july I submitted the amount to the Diller but they refuse to do the same..here in India Covid situation is not under control being a doctor I have been very busy for last few days...but your company resufeced to the extended warranty just after 20 day
