I don’t understand how make a return

This is my first time dealing with the return and I was literally offered no help Jason would direct me back to the website which I had already done and didn't understand so who do I turn to now not RockAuto so I'm going to give them a three on one out of 10if you like easy returns with no pain then don't use RockAuto go to your local store
