The digital amount we were being charged changed from $42.00 per month To $150.00 per month. They said I OK it but I did not, in fact I told the consulant that I did not want that part changed. The consulant, David Shepard said he would take care of it , that it was not right but it's been since September and no on has done anything. I called they kep[t putting me on hold and giving me to some one else. Then they told me I needed to talk to the Credit manager was put on hold but notone ever answered.
