When I signed all the paperwork required to purchase my used 2018 Jeep Renegade, they said that they would email all my paperwork to me, but I haven't received my financial paperwork at all. I drove back up there twice and nobody could get it to me. I work two jobs and I can't get up there to the car dealership often and why should I have to keep wasting gas to keep turning up empty handed. Will somebody help me get all my paperwork I signed?? User's recommendation: No because once you buy a car, there's no good customer service.
