I have ordered a battery from Laptop Parts Shop website and the one arrived was wrong. Contacted them and asked for a replacement but they did not reply. Then I sent them another message asking for a refund and nothing again. I'm very disappointed with Laptop Parts Shop. This was the second time I ordered from them. First time I bought a battery for my sister and we received it in a timely manner and it was the correct one and worked perfectly. But second order was a complete nightmare! I do not recommend Laptop Parts Shop.
