I regret shopping at 365 Cycles. Recently, I purchased a bike online through their eBay store and paid for it in full. After doing so, their customer service told me it was shipped and ready for delivery, only to find out that they had sold the bike from underneath me! This was a highly unethical practice, and I would definitely recommend avoiding this bike shop!

I will advise the company to conduct more honest practices and respond to customer problems
