From the beginning your consumer service has been horrible. In the beginning it took hours to wait in the phone for a two. Yesterday nobody picked up. I have been a lifetime member for 36 years and in the past you always got a rep. by phone. You need to address this. Even the WW staff has to hold on for a half hour. Why? Please do better.
