I didn’t receive my physical debit card

Kotak mahindra is very very worst banking service. I have 811 account when I was going to RS PURAM Coimbatore kotak mahindra bank for KYC purpose bank marketing executive told me if u pay 2400 rs amount I will do KYC. Why I will pay 2400 rs also i applied debit card till now I am not received it
