I didnt receive my parcel

I waited my parcel since this morning because of the notification that it was on the way.. at 4:40 entrego texted me that my number is cannot be reach so i replied right away he called me but the line is not clear and he texted me back said " wala na ako dyan kanina lang ako tumawag That so fast? Wala nga syang missed call 0951944**** this number
