I didn’t get my July glam bag

Hello I didnt get my July glam bag. And I am going to call my bank for refund . Its august now , my other glam bag for august still not reach . Whats going on ? You guys dont have any customer number , chatting help is disgusting . User's recommendation: I didn’t get my July glam bag .
