I made an order and purchased two items from www.justjuelsjewellery.co.uk and they failed to deliver my stuff. Since I did not receive anything I contacted customer service and asked for a refund and they said that it was not possible since my order was already shipped. I waited few more weeks and demanded my money back and their rep said that if I want to get a refund I have to ship everything back! I told him that I can't do that because I did not receive the order and they tried to assure me that I did receive it!! They literally called me a liar and that was not a good thing! Customer service was very impolite and they actually did not care about my problem. Never again!! Do not order anything from JustJuelsJewellery!
