I have an iron that's not even a year old, never dropped or anything that basically fell apart on my hands so now I can only straighten I cant curl w it when your supp to be able to do both bc you cant press the button w put that side panel falling off. And I told them how I was victim to a copycat Lange site where I ordered 150$ worth of products for my coarse dry blonde hair like serums leave ins, basically everything available, obv I got notjing. 1 time before this happ to me w a diff company m they felt so bad they werent more vigilant about copycat sites and sent me what I had ordered anyway anyway
