I didn’t expect such bad customer service

I have never been treated so disparaging Ky by any other companies. They are scamming customers with premade schemes. I wanted to buy the extended warranty and made the request but they denied it saying I didn't meet the terms(20 days late). But the fact is that they didn't let me do that. I tried to connect with them earlier but they were ignoring me for a few weeks. I tried to reach them through email and online chat. All my tries were futile. They got the email but told me that they will answer me lately. They didn't agree to draw up the extended warranty under the excuse I had a year and I should use it after the termination of the term.

My bad experience started at the beginning when I made my order. They failed to cope with the order correctly and tried to make extra money from me to fix their mistake. I have almost lost hundreds of dollars.

Having a business with the company does not worth it. It is better to use some alternatives where the customer service and quality of the products are alright. You can have a look at, for example, Costco. There are a lot of better companies selling workout equipment.
