I did exactly what the directions said but when it came to downloading the pictures onto the photostick it would not download I kept getting the message there was no files on it. Really that is what I am wanting to do is put pictures on it. User's recommendation: Do like I did go to Amazon you can get one that will backup your pictures and it is very easy to use and it is a lot cheaper then this one.
