I did not receive my paid for, subscription

I saw a groupon advertisement for a subscription to "mad magazine" for $5 they said to wait 4-6 weeks before it arrives... I did; it has been 3 months & I still haven't received it. Please refund my monies or send my subscription. This is not a good look for groupon, my co-worker referred me to them & I thought that everything would be fine, if I ordered something, I am upset about my subscription, I was looking forward to it. Thank you,
