My issue is my hourly pay rate went down when I was hired to the company..I started working with a temporary service with the hourly pay rate of $13 which I received a raise with the temp service up to $13.90..once I was hired full time my hourly pay rate to $12.40 and when I started I was a grade 2 operator and I worked up to grade 3 operator but once hired full time to company I was downgraded back to grade 2
