I couldn’t be more displeased

They are literally ghosting me When I ordered my first set of patches, I wasn't thrilled by the quality of the iron-on backing, but I did love their customer service. The order took a while, but they were very attentive the entire way through. Seeing as though I was pleased enough, I ordered with them again. I cannot be more unhappy. I received the patches well after my arrival date for a slue of errors all on the side of The Studio (they messed up my order, promised to rush ship it. Had several employees call me and lie to my face that they shipped it already/would overnight it - knowing full well they couldn't and then on top that when they FINALLY shipped it (after the date they promised me it would be delivered) they shipped it to CANADA by accident. I live in Philadelphia. At this point, I am beyond upset with their neglect and lack of customer service/care. Each and every time a contact The Studio through chat, I am told that the situation has been escalated and that I will receive a call. Previously when I needed a phone call, I would receive one within 10-15 minutes. Now I can't get a hold of anyone whatsoever. My email contact forms have been ignored as well. I was told I would receive a refund from 3 different employees, and this was over memorial day weekend in May (now July 15th). I am completely appalled by the abysmal service, or lack thereof.
