I changed my address with woot and they still sending it to the wrong address

I placed the order with you I called and change my address well I should say email you guys emailed me back and said you had the address change but my package is still going to the wrong address I am very extremely angry I have spent money in my items are going elsewhere after someone confirm that my address has been changed
