I cant load money

I have several moneypak cards i need to load and i cant put tgem on my card i am so angry at the moment imputting in all tge correct information and still nothing i want a refund now now now now now I am so frustrated this is not even cool. I keep doing what you're asking me and now it's saying that I'm not even I need to write at least a hundred symbols this is such *** get me my money now.
