I can’t have the access for site ground – Error password

I had an error message when changing password, then I was blocked from accessing my account after many try to change it, following my call to the person working for the support he gave me another email to explain my problem (compliance@***.com), I hope it will be solved soon, sent it from 2 days and no answer. Thanks,
