I can’t find my order and my profile has been changedi paid for the items

My complete profile has been changed and my order I paid for last night is Nowhere to be found and I paid for it last night I was taking for $600.06 months ago from the wish app I had to cancel my bank and so I restarted a new app and put up a new profile insecure my money and now they have the old person on there and I do not have my order but they have certainly charged my credit card I enjoy ordering from you all you have very good prices but I do want to receive what are older and do not want to pay for other peoples orders
