I can’t contact the company

I ordered a trans cooler for my truck never received a conformation of the order. They charged my Credit Card. I have had no shipping info. Tried to contact through e-mail no response. Called at least ten times was on hold for ten minuets recording comes on tells me to e-mail then hold time starts all over again. Yes!
