I can’t buy the tickets

I cant keep in touch with anyone to buy a tickets. There is a tour that I am trying to buy it lets me to add child but not an adult thats why I can not able to buy it. I send messages lots of time but nobody replied. I need help! User's recommendation: I couldn’t find anyone to talk.
