I cannot get help to return my used calibers.

On 6/22/21 purchases Power stop brakes, rotors, and rebuilt calibers, when I called to get another label to return the calibers I sat on hold for 30 minutes. You sent me the front set of calibers in one box and the rear in another. To return them in the same packages I need another label. Also these are very heavy and the average person cannot cc User's recommendation: Hire help, If you send it in two boxes it will need to be returned in two boxes. Also this crap is very heavy & the average customer cannot teak it to the post office and set it on the counter.
