I CANNOT contact facebook marketplace for an item I purchased and the seller removed the listing after I purchased

I bought an item on Facebook marketplace. I retrieved it from the seller, and it was not what was pictured. The seller has removed the item and I paid by Venmo. Venmo can't help, I called. I want to lodge a complaint and get my money back, however the seller left the chat and removed the listing, so there is no reference for the purchase except my messages to her and my Venmo. HELP!
