Update by user Jul 21, 2021 I have spent countleas hours trying to solve this issue,i want my account closed soi can fo to another provider. Original review posted by user Jul 21, 2021 I do not have a phone.to use.this service.i can never speak to a live.person i have been trying for the laat two hours! Im *** and i do not want to wair 3 to 5 *** days ! User's recommendation: Go to assuerance wireless.
