I cancelled order but they’re still charging my chard & shipping the order !

I injured my back right after placing the order, so I cancelled the order immediately on May 4. Jackson &;;;;;; Perkins acknowledged my cancellation, but May 7 I got a message that my order has shipped ! I checked the tracking # and itll be delivered May 11 ! User's recommendation: There’s no communication between customer service & order dept. if you have a problem & need to make a change to your order.
