I cancelled my sub but was billed again, please correct

Hello, I had been on a six month sub, which I went on line and cancelled, the current sub runs out on July 5, 2021. Somehow Meetmindful just billed my Visa card for 3 months/$49, which I did not order and I was never on a 3 month sub. My previous Visa card had the last four digits XXXX. My current VIsa card four digits are listed in the Order field below. 1) Can you please reverse this charge. 2) Please look into why this happened so that I am NOT on auto-renewal. I cancelled! 3) Please confirm these two things are done by email or by phone. Thank you. User's recommendation: Watch for unwanted auto-billing.
