I was supposed to get a free video of how to use the pen and never received that. So let me tell you what I received for this order I received 3 pens that's it. I had ordered only 1 pen and 2 torches. One torch was supposed to be included into my sons birthday presents, I explained to him what didn't come and he said bummer that sucks that sounds so cool to have. I can't get a hold of a real person from your company to deal with this issue. I have been a steady customer of yours for years.
