i called to the store to see if they had an item in the store that i wanted to purchase,young man answered the phone i asked him about an item i want to buy, so i want have to drive there and it's not there he said hold on,i did,about 15 minutes pass i hung-up redail the store again this time a young lady answer the phone same-exact-thing happen again,i been with harbor feight before they ever came to illinois ordering from their catalog back in the days,i guest their to big for the people who supported them. User's recommendation: donot get discourage by the employee at these stores it not the company fault for hiring worthless people.
