I have been charged by Geico and Assurant insurance for my monthly renters insurance. I have had to call both companies to find out why and both can't seem to give me any information as to why. I am still on hold with Geico after talking to Assurant. To get through to a speaking customer service agent has been a nightmare. You both need to change your 800 numbers so that a real person can be reached. I will not recommend Assurant or Geico to anyone for service. User's recommendation: Don't go with Geico or Assurant Insurance companies for renters insurance.
