I called customer service at *** since they own Top flight still haven’t heard back.

I called *** customer service. And was told Top Flight is owned by them. I don’t have the receipt as it was a Christmas present. After five swings with a brand new driver at a driving range. The head broke clean off. I just want the club replaced. I don’t know why I’m having such a problem. I was told I’d get an email in a few days that was over a week ago. If I can get an email or something that will enable me to go to the store for a replacement that would be great.
