I called 123 from my mobile and waited almost 20 min before i decided to hang up since no one attended to the call. This is not the first time.

Spent 20min waiting to talk to customer care consultant no one attended. Decide to call TOL free number 1800 82 ****...same fate. No one attended the call. What's happening to Maxis?? I am calling in regards to my billing as i realized i been billed twice. I am a post paid customer and has been with Maxis for so many years. My email if you wish to communicate: james.owlhoot@***.com
