My name Robert Castro Tel 3013574657I maid the proper to cancel reservation call hotel club and the hotel were was and cancel and then i cheek my acct and i have a charge for a serve that i already cancelSo i call hotel club and Sr Adam tells me that i didn't call how its possible and i was blame as a lier ........I just want to let you now that I'm so pissed of about the form they manage the clams and try too blame on the costumes that they didn't do the right thing and i think that you have the form too now if a customer has use a serves or not by the system you Handel .
