I bought a Sunbeam heating pad, the extra large, 24" long from Amazon March 12, 2019. I only get an "F" now. I have checked all connections to heating pad and wall outlet and still does not work. I would think this should last more than just barely over a year. I have bought this before, but I don't know how long that one lasted; but this seems unreasonable. Please let me know how you can help me. I really do like this pad, but a year is not enough for the money.
