I need to find out if I bought this rug from you. It has a stain on it and I might need to replace it. Can you look up my name and account and see if you have me there? It is 9x12 and has Simpatico written on the label on the back of one corner. I am not looking to blame anyone. The stain was my fault through cleaning it with a product that I should not have used.
