I am trying to get a refund it says this field is required but I don’t see what field it is

Return and refund I have been trying every day to get a return authorization and refund I got a duplicate order. This is not easy trying to get this taken care of I am 83 and I am really getting frustrated why should this be so hard. It says free and easy return. BS I like the 2 tops and slacks but don't need duplicates please take care of this. It says my request was successfully submitted but what next
