I am trying to cancel supply through them and they refuse to talk to me.

I called 6 times and the only time they answered the phone and did' nt hang up on me was when I called the line that said I was'nt a customer. They hung up on me 5 times. I sent a cancelation letter on March 3rd. and got it back today (April 3 rd). I got the letter from semco energy and sent it to the address on the letter. Do not have any thing to do with this co. User's recommendation: SAY NO.
