I am tired of the horrible trash customer service!!

From the first day they installed the service, its been a nightmare. Didnt bring all of the proper equipment, poor response time. I paid up an entire year for service, and they continued to still bill me for months. Even sent me a ridiculous bill of $12,000. My contract is forced to renew for another year because you can only sign a 3 year contract. I spoke with billing and changed my billing to quarterly. But guess what, they still deducted a years worth of payments. No surprise! As soon as my 3 years is up, I am going to RUN FAR AWAY!! User's recommendation: Don’t do it! You’ll regret it!
