I am starting to get pissed

All i want Is to have my thumbs up radio back on my Pandora but its so difficult to get a hold of you guys Im starting to get really pissed Ive been trying to figure this out for the last two weeks and theres no way to contact you guys. And every single time I try to email you all I get is a customer pissed off for review in return. I have received zero help
