I ordered a tanzanite ring in November. It was supposed to come with an appraisal. It DID NOT! I also ordered a Yellow diamond ring and a Songea red sapphire ring, both were to come with an appraisal. The Yellow diamond came with an appraisal, but the Songea DID NOT. I have called your company at least 20 times, each time I am assured User's recommendation: Each time I am assured that they will get the 2 appraisals to me!
