I am not getting a response via email

On numerous attempts to fill out the self service form link was unsuccessful. I kept getting error message that my order could not be found. I am requesting that I be provided a return label to ensure I am not out of pocket for the return of the item. Due to my inconvenience and my bad experience of having To wait this long for a simple request. And all the back and forth emails that were no help at all. They are automated and do not at all address my issue. Been trying to return product for over a month
