I was under my mother's insurance when I was a child (obviously) and she had Magnacare from her job. Her job closed 12 YEARS AGO and I am unable to apply for insurance properly because I apparently under a current policy. I just had a baby and all of these issues only came to light when he was born. I am starting to think this insurance company is a scam because it is impossible to speak to a human *** being. Y'all need to answer my email or call me because this is insane. My mom lost her insurance with y'all when her job went bankrupt and closed, so tell me HOW I am under this predicament now? User's recommendation: JUST NO.
