I have Aravon womens 13 N. WEF07BN. I have kept these in good care and lightly worn. I went to get them out of the shoebox to wear over the holidays and the souls have become very sticky leaving marks all over, unable to wear. I took these to my shoe repair man and because of what the souls are made out of nothing could be done. They called it dry rot. I would like some compensation or help getting these replaced. I have enjoyed the shoes
