I am not getting my water bottles picked up I have water bottles all over my front yard because no one is picking up the water bottles! I have had to wait close to an entire month for delivery! Ive spent hours over the last two weeks trying to reach someone on the phone. I will be on the phone on hold for two hours and no one answers the phone. This is horrific service at present. I even emailed someone within customer service and I have yet to receive a response back from last week. I want a returned call with an explanation or I want to cancel my service with Primo Water/Alhambra!
